Terms and conditions governing the Zerix Bazaar Business Growth Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering brand, promoter, or creator accounts on the Zerix Bazaar platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If acting on behalf of a corporation, you verify you are an authorized representative.
2. Campaigns & Assets Rules
Brands set customized CPA or CPC goal targets and upload creative banners. Promoters distribute links. We do not permit uploading spam, misleading redirects, or violating copyright materials.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Checkups
Our system performs audits on unique click request parameters. Attempting to generate duplicate traffic, script automated clicks, or spoof conversions triggers immediate account suspension and ledger balance revocation.
4. Wallet Ledgers & Payout Rules
Every coin balance is logged in strict database ledgers. Withdrawal clearances are processed upon meeting minimum balances. Budget holds are locked upon launching campaigns and refunded on leftover cancellations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zerix Bazaar operates 'as is.' We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental brand damages resulting from promoter executions, social media API updates, or click-stream interruptions.
6. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation actions must reside within competent Mumbai jurisdictions.
