Subscription & Wallet Payouts
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your billing settings. Subscription cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle; no partial refunds will be provided for active periods.
Refund Rules
All deposits, budget allocations, and coin purchases on Zerix Bazaar are final and non-refundable. Exception requests are reviewed under the following guidelines:
- Billing Errors: documented duplicate transactions caused by billing service provider errors.
- SLA Downtime: system unavailability exceeding our uptime thresholds for enterprise contract tiers.
Leftover Campaign Budgets
When a campaign is archived or completed, any remaining unspent budget locked in that campaign pool will be instantly released back to your available brand wallet ledger balance. These transfers are automated and logged in transaction ledgers.
